Missions

Mission trips are essential in embodying the spirit of service and compassion that Jesus taught us. By being the hands and feet of Christ, we actively reach out to those in need, offering support and hope in their lives. These experiences not only transform the communities we serve but also enrich our own faith and understanding. Together, we can make a meaningful impact and demonstrate the love of Christ in action.

Journey Fellowship is partnering with Strategic Alliance Ministries to build a Home for the Homeless in Reynosa, Mexico.  This ministry has provided housing for families living in the local trash dump for over 30 years, and we are excited to help continue their work.

We partner with local churches and the City of Schertz to do yard work and minor home repairs for people in need around the community. Giving back is one of the simplest ways to demonstrate the Love of Christ to those in need.

We partner with Communities in Schools of South Central Texas to supply weekend meals to SCUCISD families in need. During this season, we are collecting food donations and grocery store gift cards which can be dropped off at our church building’s north entrance in the large basket outside Monday through Thursday from 9am to 4pm.
