Seeking First God’s Kingdom
Matthew 6:33
"Seeking God’s Presence".
This week we are praying that God will help us get out of His way as we seek His vision for 2025 both for Journey Fellowship and ourselves with a focus on aligning our hearts with God’s will. As we take time to seek His face and His wisdom, we pray that our own shortcomings would not keep us from hearing His voice.
Today we are praying about Seeking First God’s Kingdom.
Each day as you spend time with the Lord, we encourage you to read over the daily scripture and ask for God's wisdom and clarity for His plans.
But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
Matthew 6:33
Heavenly Father, we fix our eyes on You, seeking first Your kingdom and righteousness as we look ahead to 2025—both for Journey Fellowship and our own lives. Align our hearts with Your will, that we may desire what You desire and trust in Your perfect provision.
Help us to lay aside distractions, worries, and our own plans, knowing that when we put You first, everything else falls into place. May our prayers, decisions, and actions reflect a deep pursuit of Your presence and purpose.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
