Surrendering Our Plans
Proverbs 3:5-6
"Seeking God’s Presence".
This week we are praying that God will help us get out of His way as we seek His vision for 2025 both for Journey Fellowship and ourselves with a focus on aligning our hearts with God’s will. As we take time to seek His face and His wisdom, we pray that our own shortcomings would not keep us from hearing His voice.
Today we are praying about Surrendering Our Plans.
Each day as you spend time with the Lord, we encourage you to read over the daily scripture and ask for God's wisdom and clarity for His plans.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart
and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
and he will make your paths straight.
Proverbs 3:5-6
Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts of gratitude, praising You for Your goodness and faithfulness. Thank You for Your unfailing love that guides us each day. As we seek Your vision for 2025—both for Journey Fellowship and for our own lives—we choose to surrender our plans to You.
Lord, we confess that we often rely on our own understanding, trying to shape our future according to what we think is best. But today, we lay it all down before You. Help us to trust You completely, to release our fears, and to step aside so that Your perfect will may be done. Remove any distractions or doubts that keep us from hearing Your voice clearly. As we walk forward in faith, may our hearts remain steadfast in thanksgiving and praise, believing that Your plans are always for our good.
