Week 6 Theme - "Go Where You're Leading"
Focus: "Being the hands and feet of Jesus"
In this final week of the 40 days of prayer, we encourage the body to not only go deeper in prayer, but also be obedient in fasting/abstaining. Jesus was given to us as the bread of life and by fasting we are allowing our body and spirit to be fed by His presence. In that seeking, we're asking God to lead us where we should go both in local and global outreach. We also seek discernment and His vision of where we should serve (poor, widows, orphans, homeless.)
Each day as you spend time with the Lord, we encourage you to read over the daily scripture and ask for God's wisdom and clarity for His plans.
Commit to the Lord whatever you do,
and he will establish your plans.
Proverbs 16:3
Heavenly Father, on this final day of our 40 days of prayer, we come before You with hearts full of gratitude. You have led us, sustained us, and drawn us closer to You. Now, we dedicate the future of our church into Your hands, trusting in Your wisdom, provision, and favor.
Lord, we commit every ministry, every outreach, and every step forward to You. Establish our plans according to Your will, that we may continue to serve as the hands and feet of Jesus in our community and beyond. May our church be a light, a place of hope, and a vessel for Your glory.
Thank You for Your faithfulness throughout this journey. As we move forward, may we walk in confidence, knowing that You go before us. Bless our church, Lord, and let all we do bring honor to Your name.
