"Work Where He's Working".
This week we're asking for His wisdom and discernment in the work we are doing within our church. We ask that God guides us to areas where we can faithfully be His hands and feet, and brings to light how we can be more fruitful in different areas of ministry.
Today we are praying about Financial Stewardship.
Each day as you spend time with the Lord, we encourage you to read over the daily scripture and ask for God's wisdom and clarity for His plans.
Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.
Luke 16:10
This week, we seek Your wisdom and guidance as we labor in Your kingdom. Open our eyes to see where You are already moving within our church and community, and help us to trust fully in Your direction rather than relying on our own understanding. Align our hearts with Yours so that we may step boldly into the places where Your Spirit is at work.
Lord, You have entrusted us with resources, and we recognize that everything we have is a gift from You. Teach us to be faithful stewards of our finances—both as individuals and as a church—so that we may use what You have provided to further Your kingdom. Help us to give generously, manage wisely, and invest in what has eternal value. May our financial decisions reflect trust in You rather than in worldly security.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen
