Empowering Ministries
Ephesians 4:11-13
"Work Where He's Working".
This week we're asking for His wisdom and discernment in the work we are doing within our church. We ask that God guides us to areas where we can faithfully be His hands and feet, and brings to light how we can be more fruitful in different areas of ministry.
Today we are praying about Empowering Ministries.
Each day as you spend time with the Lord, we encourage you to read over the daily scripture and ask for God's wisdom and clarity for His plans.
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
Ephesians 4:11-13
This week, we seek Your wisdom and guidance as we labor in Your kingdom. Open our eyes to see where You are already moving within our church and community and help us to trust fully in Your direction rather than relying on our own understanding. Align our hearts with Yours so that we may step boldly into the places where Your Spirit is at work.
Lord, You have called and equipped each of us for ministry, gifting us in different ways to serve and build up the body of Christ. We ask that You empower our ministries with wisdom, strength, and vision. Show us how to encourage and equip one another so that every believer may step confidently into their calling. May our efforts in teaching, serving, and leading reflect Your purpose, bringing unity and maturity to Your church.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen
